and 5% life (additive with feral mastery bonus) per level.

A buff that grants 2% attack speed, 2% movement speed, 2%
cast speed, 10% mana regen per level. Also regenerates life equal to ~10 life per second per level.

Procs that discharge a simulated 3 charges charge up skill
when they proc. They take the same synergies as the regular skills.
